I cannot take charge cards over the phone.
To make it easier to purchase items with your credit card I am adding "Buy Now" buttons to items that do not require custom configurations that affect the price. On fixtures that are offered with and without their shades the "Buy Now" price will include the shades. If you would like it without the shades, please contact me and I will take care of that for you. For these "Buy Now" items I have estimated the shipping charge that should apply to a majority of the destinations. If you live especially far away, or close, fair adjustments will be made. Selecting the "Buy Now" will take you to a secure Paypal page to complete the transaction. Your personal check is always welcome.
If you purchase an item using a Paypal "Buy Now" button you can expect an acknowledgement e-mail from me the same day. If I am out of town on a buying trip, a notice to that effect will be posted on the homepage along with an expected response date. If you do not receive an acknowledgement please send a follow-up e-mail or phone me. Thanks.
If you have trouble completing a transaction using the "Buy Now" button please contact me. In these cases I will send you a Paypal invoice in e-mail. That has always worked.
